Vintage Drill Press Atlas 42 Craftsman Dunlap 12 Inch, Made In USA, COLUMN POLE

This part is for a Sears Dunlap 12 inch drill press, based on the Atlas model 42, as made  from the late 1930's to the early 1940's.
Drill press specs-
Speeds: 4 groove pulleys.
Work piece limit: 12 inch.
Column: 1-5/8 inch diameter
Chuck attachment: 1/2" NF threads
This part was initially cleaned, then coated with mineral oil as a rust inhibitor.
Look at the photos carefully...the photos are the primary element of this item description.
As a used part, you should expect the normal wear and aging affects of vintage machinery.
