DESCRIPTION:
An amusing Chinese purple clay Yixing Zisha teapot in form of a big fat happy pig. The cover also has another smaller pig. Base with an artist seal mark read “Dai ? Sheng”. Inside cover has no mark.
From an antique dealer's estate which is in storage for over a decade. Most of the yixing are dated 2001.
SIZE:
Approx. 6 inches long, 4.5 in. wide & 4.25 in. tall.
CONDITION:
A chip-like on the cover's rim edge but probably original manufacturing flaw, because the patina is the same as the whole piece. Minor dirts & rubs.
