To install, remove center cap from the wheel and snap into the wheelskin, then remove lug nuts, line up with valve stem and spokes in wheels and snap the wheelskin into place, similar to snapping on a wheelcover/hubcap, replace lug nuts and your alloy wheel is now black!
The price is for each (1) wheelskin. Center Cap is not included.
