    Description

THIS... is a 1997 Mazda MX-5 Miata STO Edition, finished in Twilight Blue Mica with a tan interior I am the third owner of this Miata. I purchased it from the second owner who owned it for the last 22 years. Garage kept. Top was replaced in 2016. Timing belt was replaced in 2012 at 37,000 miles. Since I purchased the car. I replaced the oil, brake fluid, battery, wiper blades, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires. All this was done in the last 1,000 miles. Only thing it will need is tires because they are from 2007 in the front and 2012 in the back. Mechanical the car is amazing and it runs and drives amazing. Brand new state inspection and emissions The outside shines up good for its age. Does have dings and dents as shown in the pictures. Also, front bumper was repainted feel free to ask an questions. This STO Edition ("Special Touring Option") model has approximately 44000miles. Mazda made 1,500 units of the STO model for the 1997 model year. Cars from this send-off series received Twilight Blue Mica paint, a trunk-mounted spoiler, 15-inch Enkei wheels, a leather-wrapped Nardi shift knob, specific floor mats, and tan leather upholstery. Called "NA" internally, the first-generation MX-5 Miata was available in the U.S. from 1990 to 1997. This later model is powered by a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine, which produces 133 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
